Kawalla Kids Return Policy

At Kawalla Kids, we create each piece to help you build a space that feels safe, soft, and full of wonder for your child. Because many of our items are personalized and made-to-order, we want to be transparent about what returns are possible and what’s not.

Personalized Items

Because these are custom-made just for your family — featuring your child’s name, birth date, or a meaningful message — we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized products. However, if your order arrives with a mistake (like a spelling error or damage in transit), please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. 

Non-Personalized Items

For unpersonalized products (such as ready-to-ship prints or decor), we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We do our best to ensure every order arrives perfectly. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, please contact us at kawallakids@gmail.com with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — no stress for you.

How to Start a Return

Send us an email at kawallakids@gmial.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
